BIM services

A reliable digital foundation for the project team.

We organize models, information and coordination workflows so teams can identify risk before it becomes field rework.

Work runs from existing-condition capture through design modelling, multi-discipline coordination and fabrication-level detailing, to the asset data the operations team inherits.

Every package is scoped against its downstream use — coordination, construction, quantity, handover or operations — and issued in the software and format your supply chain already runs.

Delivery principles

Useful models, not modeling for its own sake.

Every deliverable is shaped around its downstream use. A model nobody consumes is cost without benefit.

Standards first

A clear BEP, stated LOD/LOI expectations, naming, coordinates and model ownership before the first element is placed.

Coordination discipline

Structured issue tracking, accountable resolution and transparent model health — not an unfiltered clash count.

Handover ready

Information prepared for the next user, not simply for the next submission.

Toolchain

The software we deliver in.

Deliverable format and software version are fixed in writing before work starts, so files open in the version your team and your supply chain actually run.

FAQ

Questions we are asked before engagement.

How do you handle project confidentiality and data security?

Project data stays in the client's common data environment wherever one exists. Access is per-project and least-privilege, removed at completion, and covered by NDA before any files are shared. Our security contact and disclosure policy are published at /security.

Can you work inside our BIM Execution Plan and standards?

Yes, and it is the usual arrangement. We work to your BEP, template, naming convention and CDE structure. Where these do not yet exist, setting them up first is normally cheaper than reconciling inconsistent output later.

How do you scale a team up or down?

Engagements run as a named core team with defined surge capacity agreed in advance. Scaling is planned against the coordination programme rather than improvised, so model ownership and quality control do not fragment when volume changes.

What software do you deliver in?

Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Tekla and the wider Autodesk stack, with SYNCHRO for 4D and ReCap and the major scanner platforms for reality capture. Deliverable format and software version are fixed in writing before work starts.

How do you price and start an engagement?

Scope review first: drawing register, model status, standards and target dates. From that we issue a fixed-scope proposal for defined packages, or a rate-based proposal for ongoing coordination capacity. There is no obligation attached to the scope review.
