Privacy, explained
in plain language.
Effective date: August 2, 2026. This starter policy must be reviewed against the actual data practices of each A4TEAMS product before launch.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide through contact, support or business inquiry forms, such as your name, email address, organization and message. Our websites may also collect limited technical information needed for security, reliability and analytics.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve services, maintain security, meet legal obligations and communicate about an existing business relationship.
Spam protection on our forms
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated traffic. To make that assessment, Cloudflare receives your IP address and limited technical signals about the browser session. Turnstile does not set advertising cookies and is not used to build an advertising profile or to track you across other websites. See Cloudflare’s privacy documentation for how it handles that data.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that support hosting, communications, analytics or security, subject to appropriate contractual controls, or where required by law.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, legal obligations and legitimate business needs. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no method is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing privacy@a4teams.com.
Product-specific notices
Individual applications may provide additional privacy disclosures that describe product-specific data collection and permissions. Those notices control where they are more specific than this website policy.
