Find the clash in the model, not on site.

Structured multi-discipline coordination with prioritised, owned issues — not an unfiltered clash count nobody can act on.

Federated model coordination with prioritised clash reporting, tracked issues and accountable resolution.

Deliverables, stated before we start.

A raw clash run on a large model returns tens of thousands of hits, most of them noise. Value comes from rules, grouping and ownership, so each cycle produces a short list somebody is accountable for.

FAQ

BIM coordination & clash detection — common questions.

How do you avoid reporting thousands of false clashes?

Rules first: discipline pairings, element-level exclusions, insulation and tolerance settings, and grouping by root cause. One badly routed duct produces one issue, not four hundred.

Who resolves the clashes?

Resolution stays with the discipline that owns the element. We run the process, evidence the issue and track it to closure. Where you want us to model the fix as well, that is agreed per discipline.

What cadence works?

Weekly cycles during active coordination, fortnightly as zones sign off. The cadence is set against the construction programme, not the modelling programme.
