MEP BIM modeling — common questions.

Do you model to fabrication level?

Where the installer needs it, yes — including fabrication-level ductwork and pipework with real fittings and connection types rather than generic geometry.

Who owns the spatial allocation?

It is agreed at the start of coordination and recorded, so no discipline can quietly claim a void that was allocated to another.

Can you coordinate models produced by others?

Yes. That is common. We federate, coordinate and report, and can model the resolution where a discipline lacks capacity.
