Is this a cost estimate?
No. We produce measured quantities and the audit trail behind them. Rates, risk, preliminaries and commercial judgement remain with your cost team.
What if the model is incomplete?
We measure what the model supports, measure the rest from drawings, and mark clearly which is which. The gap is reported, never absorbed silently.
Can you re-run against a new revision?
Yes, and the comparison between revisions is usually the most valuable output — it isolates what actually changed commercially.
