The CAFM or CMMS the data has to load into, and its import schema
Hand over the information, not just the model.
Asset data structured, verified and exported so the operations team can use it on day one rather than rebuilding it.
COBie-compliant asset data, verified registers and CAFM-ready exports prepared for facilities handover.
All BIM servicesDeliverables, stated before we start.
Most handover data fails on the receiving end, not the issuing end. We work backwards from the CAFM or CMMS that will consume it, so the export loads instead of erroring.
- COBie export validated against the required drop and schema
- Asset register mapped to your naming and classification standard
- Asset data verified against installed equipment rather than design intent
- O&M manuals, warranties and certificates linked to model assets
- Import-ready files for the target CAFM or CMMS platform
- Federated model prepared and lightened for facilities-management use
What we need from you.
Scope gaps are cheaper to resolve before modelling than after. These are the inputs that set the programme and the price.

Digital twin & handover data — common questions.
Which FM systems can you target?
We work to the import schema of the receiving system rather than to a fixed list, and validate the export against that schema before issue.
Is the data verified against site?
It is verified against the information you can evidence — as-built models, subcontractor submittals and O&M data. Physical site verification is a separate scope we can include where access allows.
Do we need a full digital twin?
Usually not at handover. A structured, verified asset register is the foundation; live telemetry integration is a later decision that this data makes possible.
Usually scoped alongside this.
Most packages touch more than one discipline. These are the services that most often sit next to digital twin & handover data.
