Facade problems are interface problems. The detail that matters is where the panel meets the slab edge, the bracket meets the frame and the tolerance stack lands — so those are resolved first.

Do you cover unitised and stick systems?
Both, along with rainscreen and composite panel systems. The detailing approach differs mainly in how the tolerance and installation sequence are handled.
Do you carry out facade performance design?
No. Thermal, structural and weather performance design stays with the facade engineer. We detail and coordinate to that design.
How early should facade detailing start?
As soon as the frame geometry is stable. Embeds and brackets have to be coordinated before the structural package is fixed, or they become drilled fixings and site variations.
